Always be sure to stay jumpy and balanced while you practice

The first time you try this jump rope will hit you and you may think something has actually gone wrong.

But this is normal, and eventually you will get more accustomed to the new muscles and tendons in your arms and shoulders. I can give a little insight to my technique.

I have been jumping rope with one of these jump ropes, which I bought online, for a few weeks now.

I have been jumping rope with one of these jump ropes, which I bought online, for a few weeks now. At first, I thought it was the strangest thing in the world, but as soon as I got the hang of throwing the handles with my arms, I felt totally locked in. I think what made me really confident about using it was that they are not actually all that heavy — I think it all depends on your speed as to how you will feel. What an unbelievable testimony of how well I have been able to control that.

I also discovered that I could use the rope properly with a slow rep speed, and with that came the proper form, not over exerting, not under exerting, just exerting proper. My best reps were of about 20 and then from about 15 to 15, and there was no strain on my back. To me, this exercise proved that I do have an opportunity to improve my form tremendously.
